Moving forward in life in many ways is easy. It consists of discovering whats important to you (your values), deciding on where those should take you (goals) and consistently pursuing them (action). However, we often need help at one or more of these stages.
This 6 session weekly 1:1 programme gives you this using a combination of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT):
Pre-Programme: Online questionniare based assessment
Session 1: Exploring and identifying your values
Session 2: How your values become goals and common traps for you to avoid
Session 3: Discovering your motivation (1)
Session 4: Discovering your motivation (2)
Session 5: How to keep going
Session 6: Living your best life
